Thomas C. Wilcox is not only an author but an artist. He works as a Civil Engineer Technician with Bureau of Land Management and is an excellent marksman and fiddle player.
He was a long-time resident of the island of Maui, until his job brought him back state side.
As an author he brought his knowledge and insight to help co-write the Pocket Guide to Moving to Maui.
Tom Moller is a long-time radio broadcaster who is currently a news anchor on News/Talk 710 KNUS and morning host of 94.7 KRKS FM, both in Denver.
He began his radio career in Lansing, Michigan, as a newsman during the governorship of George Romney, father of recent presidential candidate Mitt Romney. He later became a number-one rated disc-jockey in Santa Barbara, California, during the rock and roll era of the Beach Boys, Annette and Frankie, and the early Beatles. There he produced a sports program with long-time Lakers assistant coach Bill Bertka which won awards four years in a row as best or runner-up to the best radio sports program in California and Nevada. He also produced a sports program with world record miler Jim Ryun, who is a close friend to this day.
He moved from programming through advertising sales into radio station management while in Santa Barbara, then became general manager of a radio station in Denver where he now resides.
Despite his work in management, being on the air and comedy have always been his passion, so he returned to the air a few years ago where he also makes comedic appearances on Bill Rogan’s “Artificial Turf” radio program, and where he voices the “Turf Tales” from Bill’s book.
Tom married his college sweetheart. They live in Denver, but travel often to San Diego and Hawaii to visit their children and grandchildren in addition to being close to a grandson living in Denver. He and his wife are graduates of Michigan State, which infuriates Notre Dame fan Bill Rogan.
Brian is a talented artist as well as a baseball player in the over 45 league in Denver, Colorado.
He did all the original sketches in the More Turf Tales Book by Bill Rogan.
When he isn't creating unique pencil or chalk sketches, he either playing baseball, reading or spending time with his family.
Tom Moller is the voice of our audio Turf Tales.
